From September 3rd to 5th, the 2013 Chinese Health Information Technology Intercommunication Conference was held at the Shangri-La Hotel, Ningbo, Zhejiang. CEC Huada Electronic Design Co., Ltd. HED is an important participant in the development of residents health industry, taking part in the formulation of specifications and management documents such as the Residents Health Card Management Approach, Technical Specifications for Residents Health Card, Residents Health Card User Card Command Set and Specification for Application of Residents Health Card. In 2012, the company obtained the "Residents Health Card Production Unit Registration Certificate" and its chips and COS were also granted the "Residents Health Card Product Registration Certificate". The company became the exclusive chip supplier for the residents health card first issuing cities of Foshan, Guangdong and Jinzhou, Liaoning. Afterwards, the company succeeded in supplying for residents health card project in Shenyang and Zaozhuang. As a leading IC chip card manufacturer in China, the accumulated delivery amount of chips produced by HED has exceeded 2.5 billion. HED will promote the establishment of residents health card construction by learning the successful experiences from other industries and boosting the information technology for civilian use with its full "on-chip".
