On December 5 - 6th, 2013, the seminar on social security all-in-one card was held by the professional committee of information of the China Association for Labor Studies at Baoshan city, Yunnan province. The problems and solutions faced in the process of development of social security card were shared with the user’s units and industry colleagues. Mr. Dong Haoran, General Manager of CEC Huada Electronic Design Co., Ltd., addressed on the seminar on behalf of the industry participating the subject research.
In order to promote the construction of social security all-in-one card better, and combine the key problems which were required to be researched and resolved in the current social security card operation, some member units were organized to perform relevant subject studies relying on the platform of Informationization Professional Committee in this seminar. The research group reported the research results during the seminar, for the purpose that the study results can effectively benefit the actual work, and promote the rapid construction and healthy development of social security card. As a member of the research group, HED works hard in the field of social security for 14 years. From the specifications formulation to the key system design, from advocating of chip safety to promoting of application innovation, HED has been always the most active participant in the field of social security. Until now, HED’s accumulated delivery amount of chips in the field of social security has exceeded 300 million, among which the amount of chips for social security card with financial functions has exceeded 150 million. The card issuing cities include municipalities such as Beijing, Tianjin, Chongqing and cities from big to small such as Shenzhen, Hangzhou, and Guangzhou. The Products have been highly recognized by users.
